Default Any recipes for Tuna, Shrimp or Ham salad?

I was thinking about whipping one of these up for lunch this week. If it matters, I'm trying to somewhat combine IR Diet with WW, so some attention to calories, fat, protein and carbs...All the meats are lean, so no problems there...celery, dill pickle, and mustard not an issue. But, I'll probably end up using a light mayo. I want to make sure it balances with either 2 slices of Lite bread (19 carbs total) or an english muffin (25 carbs).

Anybody got any good suggestions...

I'd pretty much do the same thing. Light mayo with the low carb bread. WW has a receipe online..Have you tried there. If you don't have access pm me with your email address and I'll copy it for you.
How long have you been doing ww? I started before the holidays which was a HUGE mistake! I gained more in those two weeks and had to fight even harder!

I have a really quick little way of making tuna salad. I usually mix just a little bit of light mayo (probably a tablespoon or less), pickle relish (saves some chopping), some grey poupon mustard or a few sprinkles of spicy Mrs Dash.

Its a nice quick way of fixing tuna salad, but sorry to say I don't know the calorie, fat or carb contents because I'm not a big measurer.

Hope that helps.

Beth

I eat tuna salad all the time; in fact had it for lunch today. I use 3 oz water packed tuna (1 1/2 pts), 1 T light mayo (1/2 pt), Mount Olive No Sugar Added Pickle Relish (sweetened with Splenda, it's great!), minced onion, and garlic powder. I spread it on 2 Wassa Fiber Rye crackers (10 net carbs for 2. 1 pt). Total points for the meal is 3.
