Hi all, I am new to the site and newly diagnosed, looking for friends to help me through this storm. I recently bought a book entitled, The Insulin Resistance Diet. It's pretty interesting in that it focuses on how you link and balance your carbohydrates with adequate protein. I am going to experiment and see if this helps me lose weight.
