Hi, I was recently dx w/pcos and was trying to do some research on the disease, does anyone have books to suggest that are helpful, i found a bunch online, but there are so many to choose from, i hate to randomly choose. thanks!!!

I would start with The Natural Diet Solution for PCOS and Infertility by Nancy Dunne and Bill Slater. Find it at http://www.ovarian-cysts-pcos.com/

It is an excellent book with tons of great information that helped me a lot. It starts with the basics and goes from there.
