I had a miscarriage in September, and since then my periods have been very messed up. A few months following my miscarriage, my periods were 15 days long at a time.. then, they changed over to coming twice a month. I get my period for 7 days, then 14 days after following my first period, i get another period. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to even this out? Thoughts on Vitex? Or any herb for that matter. Thanks!

I had this for two years, while on spiro. Not related to m/c or preg. Used to have a copper IUD, I am not a bcp person. Kept on bleeding, no O, Even letrozole & Prometrium couldn't reign it in. Metformin did nothing except make spiro stop working. Finally I weaned off spiro and started DCI, and after the DCI is when things straightened back out. I wasn't ovulating, obviously.

But in that 2 years, I did have a biopsy to rule out the big C. It was normal. I also had a water ultrasound to check for polyps. I really think now it was simply because I wasn't ovulating.
