Default Any tips?

Does anyone have any tips for breaking the tired/depressed so don't eat, so more tired/depressed than ever downward spiral??

I get into those Deb. I start with baby steps to draw myself out of it. I set my mobile phone alarm to go off at my meal times (I have six small meals per day) and then I have something, even if it's just a piece of fruit or yoghurt as soon as that alarm goes off, no matter what I am doing. Do that for a day or two and it starts to slowly improve.

Deb, I live by my phone - if I ever lost it I'd be buggered! It does everything for me, because it's so portable. I'm campaigning to get an IPAC through work, then I could WORK through it as well as live through it!
