 Anybody have both Endo and Vulvodynia
I just posted a different thread a couple minutes ago and after I posted, I thought I would like to hear if others have been diagnosed with both of these issues.....Right now I have been concentraiting on my volvodynia and trying different things to help deal with this.... What I have tried so far is many different creams, i have gotten a food allergy test and have discovered that I react to sugar and dairy so I try to stay away from those foods, but have yet to totally cut them out. The newest thing I have been trying is cold laser therapy. This has given me the most relief, but was recently disrupted because I had gotten my period.....What have other's had success with??? |
