Anybody have Kidney Stones?

I am currently suffering, in severe pain with kidney stones. I went to the ER last Tuesday and the Dr. told me that since DS was only 3 months old that I probably got the stones from the extra minerals I took in, via prenatals while I was pregnant. I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten kidney stones not too long after having a baby or just has had them at all.
If so, what helped with the pain and what helped them pass.
I am currently on a cocktail of pain meds that are not working too well right now. I take 600mg motrin during the day, rotating back and forth between vicodin and percocet for the break through pain and 800 mg motrin at night. And the ER dr said I will just have to let it pass.
Also I can not keep any food or water down. I am not sure if the nausea and vomiting is from the pain meds or from the kidney stone.
I am willing to try anything to make this pain go away.

I HATE Kidney stones! They are your body's way of convincing you that child birth is a breeze! Well, not that I'd actually know.. but my urologist says if I can have kidney stones, I can have a baby with no drugs easy!

I have something that is a cure all for my stones... however, I caution you if you are breast feeding, as I don't know the effect it would have on your milk or the baby. Ask your doctor first....

I haven't had to go to the ER for a stone in 2 yrs because of this fix, so if it works for you, YAY! and if it has an adverse affect, I didn't tell you about it.

Go to a healthfood store (GNC won't have it, FYI)... You want 100% pure Hydrangea root.. comes in gel caps (around 11.00/bottle here).

Get a fresh lemon...has to be fresh, can't be concentrate juice.

Take 3 Hydrangea pills...
wait 15 minutes
Take 3 hydrangea pills...
wait 15 minutes
Take 3 hydrangea pills, and drink the juice from a fresh lemon (I juice the entire lemon and down it like a shot)..

Typically, if it is going to cut my stone on the first round, I'll feel relief in about an hour. If not, I sometimes have to take it again in about 3 hours.

I have never had an adverse reaction to the hydrangea, and it is actually a urinary supplement.

The juice eats the barbs off of the stone, and the hydrangea both dilates the urinary tract, and helps break down the stone helping it to pass easier. I swear by it, as I had 16 stones in my right kidney in a little less than 8 months, and once I found this helpful little "cure", I have been so happy!

I will have to check that out. My mom told me about the lemon juice so I have been downing that stuff but I need to get some of the Hydrangea pills. Right now I m willing to try just about anything.
