Red face Anybody with MTHFR gene too?

Hi, all.
I was diagnosed in 2001 with PCOS, Insullin resistance, and MTHFR gene and now Hypothyroid too. I am 130 overweight (90% gained during my pregnancy in 2001). I get sick on Met and my doc has had me taking up to 33 pills/day and on strict adkins (which I can't stick to.)

I am now trying nutrasystem low glycemic index and trying to get back on Met. Very depressed. Anyone out there with the same? How do you cope?

My support group is limited to co-workers. Family and Friends are 1200 miles away, and I have a husband and supervisor that adds to my stress rather than helps.

Anyone with some good words? I can't make it to church due to work. Has anyone with the above lost the weight, delt with the blood clots, the meds the nutty doctors?

I guess I am just looking for some encouragement today.
