Question anybody try soy to bet a BFP?

I'm considering trying soy isoflavones to trigger O. Has anyone ever tried this, and if so, what was your experience? How much did you take, when, and any results?

Thanks!

Soy makes me a little nervous because I've read that it can trigger thyroid autoimmunity, so I have not tried it.
