I am considering attending the next meeting in my local area. I should have gone 18 months ago, but being on a TTC break I wasn't sure if it'd be appropriate to go. Now only about a month into TTC, I wonder if I should go or not... I am sure there is a variety of circumstances people have that go, though... and on different parts of their journey.

Has anyone gone to any of these meetings? Any feedback? I have emailed the woman who organizes my local meeting, and she has been most friendly - just wondering if my cysters have any input!

I wanted to go to the one closest to me. But I found out that my landlord for my business is the group leader and she is pregnant. I am having a hard enough time dealing with things, so to see a pregnant woman once a month, so I can talk about how I feel for NOT being pregnant, will be a little too much for my already gone self esteem.

The others are pretty far away. I guess if this keep going the way they are, I may just take the drive and go. I think I may need to for my own sanity. Good luck to you! I hope you decide to go. I think it is a wonderful outlet. I found blogging works to an extent, but nothing beats talking and sometimes just crying it all out.

I have looked into it, but the closest one to me is an hour away. I mean, I drive that far to see my fertility doctor, but just don't see myself driving that far for a support group on top of everything else.

There aren't any support groups local to me, not even any non-resolve ones- I wish there was.

Just an update - I went to my first local Resolve meeting and it was great. A real source of support, IMHO.
