Hi everyone,
My gyno refered me to the Calgary Fertility Clinic and put me on 150mg of clomid for 10 days. I can't seem to find any info on this and was wondering if anyone here has, and what your experiences are.

NORMALLY they RX Clomid for FIVE days. My Doctor just had me take it for seven days and it messed me up!!!! Now I have a lovely discharge that won't stop and they say it is because of the clomid. (Sorry to be so graphic! If we women cant be honest here...)
Is this your first round???? That seems like alot of days! Watch out also, if your anything like me, it will cause you to have psycho mood swings! (closer to the end and after you finish)
They sent you to Calgary? I was born there.

My doc too gv me Clomid for ten days and it only gave me regular periods for one month and now am back to no periods!
Mood swings have been really bad and am more bloated than ever.
My reproductive endocronogolist had me on Clomid 150 for 10 days (days 3-12) for 4 cycles. I tried the 5 day course of therapy several times and never ovulated, but I ovulated every time I did the 10 days. The mood swings and hot flashes were intense, but not bad enough to stop taking the drug. Good Luck!

Hi Ladies, thank you for your imput! Yes I have been on clomid for 1 1/2 yrs. I didn't ovulate on clomid for 5 days, so now he bumped me up to 150mg for 10 days. I think the reason he did this is because when I go to the fertility clinic I am on a roll. Apparently this is how they start you there??

RX PRINCESS, I have a few questions!!! How long after did you ovulate when on clomid for 10 days? I also never O'd when taking clomid for 5 days. So hopefully this will do the trick! I am taking clomid days 2-11.

Thank you Rx Princess. You ovulated 2x? I can't believe my Dr never gave me instructions on the 150 for 10 days. I just assumed that I should ovulate soon after I finished the 10 days. I guess I will see. I can't even tell when I ovulate, can you? I seem to get CM but nothing ever seems to happen.
