Hi there-
I know I should try to develop a program on my own but since I now have so much to lose I feel like getting a jump start with a program like this will help get me more on track! Wondered if anyone has used it and what they lied/disliked about it. Also did you use the program for diabetics? Since I do have the high sugars? Thanks for any feedback!

I've been on Nutrisystem since February (not the diabetic program). I really enjoy the program. I love the fact that it is so convenient...the food is delivered to your door, it's easy to grab and go. I think the food is fantastic (once you figure out what you like and don't like, it gets easier).

I've struggled for years to find something that will help me get the weight off...and Nutrisystem seems to be the answer for me. I've lost 49 pounds so far!!

I did Nutrisystem for a couple of weeks and didn't really like it. I think i was too grossed out on the food being 'space food' (as my sister called it). It didn't taste super good to me, either, but that's a personal preference. Anyway, not trying to be a downer since so many people are successful on it! JMO!!
