Hello,
Has anyone ever had soy nuts?
I bought some last week. And they are defiantly different. I try to eat at least a handful a day. At first I didn't like them, since I've never had anything like them.. But now I think they are pretty good.
Just thought I'd share..lol..Also wondering who else eats them...

I don't know if you can find them or not, but when I was working at the Capitol, they had a day where the growers brought us all lunch, and one of them had candied soy nuts. They were kinda like peanut m&m's, but SOOO much tastier!
I eat them...keeps my hands and mouth busy at work so I dont eat soooo much crap

Hmm, chocolate covered soil nuts. Now that is different. I'm sure they have them where I bought my soy nuts, cause they have all kinds of different stuff.
That is the same reason why I eat them at work..lol..Otherwise I'd be eating all day long...

I like them. I usually try to find a flavored style like ranch or BBQ.

Moving on to IVF after a year of infertility and 3 Femara cycles. Lupron started on 7/27.
I'm defiantly going to have to try them on my salads. I like putting sunflower seeds on my salads, so I'll give soy nuts a shot.
Ranch style soy nuts sounds good. I haven't see those. Just the regular ones with light salt...

The ranch ones do sound yummy. I have a suggestion about the salads. If you are taking them for lunch, don't put them on the salad until right when you're going to eat it. The soy nuts will get soggy and might not be as good on top of the salad.
