 was anyone else afraid to get their hopes up
New to this forum, I haven't been "officially diagnosed" with pcos, but my endocrinologist is trying metformin with me. i have gained over 40 pounds, and i since Jan of 08, i began karate and excerising 3-4 times a week. i have gained over 12 pounds. i also have massive facial swelling, acne, abdominal swelling, and hypertension now. I've had ovarian cysts from age 14 (first surgery), and i have lots and lots of the pcos symptoms. i read on the internet, it could make me gain weight, then i read i could loose weight. was anyone else afraid to get their hopes up and try this med, and have you had success? |
