Hi everyone.
I'm hoping someone can help me! I was on 1500 mg of met and 100 mg of spiro. About 6 weeks ago, my dr increased my met to 2000 and the spiro to 200 mg a day. Since then, I have bloated beyond belief!!! Not sure if it's the met or the spiro...anyone else experience the same thing??? does it eventually go away??? Please, your input is appreciated!!!!

I don't think it is probably the spiro. I have been taking 50 mg twice a day since Jan. and I have never had this problem. Since spiro is a diaretic, I don't think it should cause bloating. I don't really know anything about the met.
