Default Anyone else have bad muscle cramping on Spironolactone?

I started Spiro four days ago and woke twice last night to terrible cramps. Once in my back and another time in my neck. They felt like charlie-horses. It's never happened before. I'm going to stop taking it and call my doc tomorrow about it but I was curious if anyone else had this happen to them while on this medication.

Thanks...

Make sure you drink lots of water and watch your salt/sodium intake. Since Spiro is a diuretic, its easy to get dehydrated. I get foot cramps on Spiro. It seems like every few weeks I have to skip taking it one day, and that helps.
