Unhappy Anyone else have Eczema? Breakouts while pregnant?

Hey everyone...I really hope someone can help me with this. I've had eczema since I was 7 yrs old off and on. Now that Im pregnant I cant use the ointments my doctor had prescribed for me since they have steroids. Does anyone else have eczema and broke out while pregnant or is there something out there I can use without steroids that wont harm the baby?

Sorry I don't have the answer, but just wanted to say the same thing happened to me when pregnant. I also got it on my stomach really badly, and I have never before had it there. I was told to use e45 but I'm allergic to it so that was no use. Hope you get some relief.
