Default Anyone else with this problem? TMI

I don't get really bad cramps before af. I do however have this problem that I was curious to know is unique to me or not. A few days before af is due, I get cramps while trying to go #2. It is to the point that it is very uncomfortable to go. It's like the pushing causes cramps in my uterus I guess? And it's like this all throughout af. Anyone else feel this? I usually have to wait to go until I "really" have to go. I am not constipated either.

Just think, if the world didn't suck, then
we'd all fall off!

I nearly always have this - I get it on the day I come on.
Ouch! My bum! It hurts all the way up inside!
I've no idea if it's normal or what causes it. I've always had it so just accepted it as part of my cycle.

Yeah. That happens to me too. I don't have any idea why but it usually happens to me the day before and the day I start and sometimes the next day.

It could be your pelvic floor being annoyed by your cycle.
