Hey,

I finally got to see the psych doc last week and he put me on Risperdol. I'm also on Remeron and Depakote. I was just wondering if anyone else takes this and if it has helped. I'm a self injurer and the self injury has seemed to gotten worse in the last week. Could it be the meds? Other than that I'm ok for now.

My mil is on this med... as well as the depokate.. plus several other meds for her bipolar and it has seemed to help her alot... she is doing quite well....

If you think this med has any affect on the self injuring... don't be afraid to ask your doc about it... meds effect everyone differently and it may not be the right one for you...

I just want to say I am glad you are doing so much better and I wish you the best...
