Question Anyone Else With Type 1 Diabetes?

I know that PCOS is linked to type 2 diabetes, but I was just interested to know if anyone else has type 1 diabetes?? I was diagnosed with type 1 at the age of 11, and diagnosed with PCOS at 18. (I'm 26 now) Could my diabetes have been a trigger for the PCOS??
I know there is a link between insulin levels, and the symptoms
of PCOS. I take quite a high dosage of insulin, and my diabetes is
quite difficult to control. If my insulin levels aren't very stable, I guess this would aggravate my PCOS symptoms??

It would be nice to hear from anyone else out there with Type 1 diabetes, and find out their experiences.

Nikki
