Unhappy Anyone on estrogen or estradiol?

Last month I started Provera to induce AF and I was suppose to take Clomid on CD 5... but my period never came!
My doc then prescribed me estradiol (a type of estrogen/female hormone) and I was suppose to take that for 30 days straight and I just finished on Monday (about 3 days ago). My doc said my period may start almost immediately on it's own, but if it didn't she also gave me a three day supply of Provera.
I'm a little anxious (since AF has not started yet) so I started the Provera this evening.
Now I wait.
I was just wondering if anyone else has been on the estrogen or estradiol...
I've never seen it talked about on any board, so I'm wondering if I'm all alone out here!

I took a combo of Clomid, Estradiol and Progesterone to get pregnant. Estradiol is a hormone that should naturally occur in our bodies. Supplementing with it makes your body mimic what it it is supposed to do, hormonally. I don't know if that makes sense?!?

unctoothlady, thanks for sharing. This makes me feel better... I hated not knowing much (my doc stinks!!), so this is encouraging. I wish you lots of luck!!!
I plan on getting a new doc, but I want to wait & see how this round of stuff works first.
And for SweetGirl55, the estradiol was prescribed to me to help replace that hormone, since I was lacking & AF means Aunt Flo (or your period).
