 Anyone ever use Estrobalance?
Hi, I am new here and just went to GNC looking for Spearmint Tea, which they didn't have. Anyway, I found these supplements called Estrobalance. It says it "Supports healthy balance of hormones"
I bought it, but I am not opening it until I try soy for days 5-9 of my cycle. I have two days to go. I don't want them to interfere with the soy helping me to O.
Just wondered if anyone else has taken it or has ever heard of it.
