I have to get the Methotrexate shot tomorrow AM b/c apparently I have some sort of something growing in me somewhere in my body. Nothing found on u/s but who knows...my #'s keep going up little by little but I should be 8w6d today & they're only @ 4,008 when they should be in the 10's of thousands...

So my RE is going to give me the shot tomorrow. I've heard that many women become anemic after the shot & very tired. Some have gotten sick, ect. So I was wondering why everyones experiences have been...

What makes it worse is that my DH is leaving tomorrow for Germany until Sunday & I'll be home by myself

I'm sorry you have to go through this, especially being alone.
I had the Methotrexate shot in January and the main side effect that I had was extreme tiredness. The injection site was sore for a couple of days.

I had 2 shots of methotrexate. For a couple days I felt achy all over and tired. That was about it. DH was gone at the time so I just laid in bed for the weekend. I don't think I had any other side effects. Hope this helps!
