I am contemplating starting up a youtube account to document what I am going through so that way I only have to tell/show people once instead of telling each person individually. At first DH and I didnt tell anyone but we were getting pestered and pestered about having kids so we let it slip to one family that we are going through infertility stuff, and that family told the other family....needless to say, I think our entire hometown knows now. So, does anyone else keep blogs or a youtube account to keep friends and family updated??

My blog's in my signature; just started it last month. I actually don't give it to ANY family or friends though, simply because I don't want the pity! To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
I found a cool site here To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. , where she adds you to her blogroll and other women going through infertility (and who have blogs) can find you. I've found some great, and knowledgeable, girls.

I've been blogging for around two years now. My blog is also in my signature as well.
I agree with the others, Stirrup Queens is awesome. Mel is great, and she just recently published her book about infertility, called "Navigating the Land of IF". She rocks.
I don't have family on there, but my family is not internet friendly, lol. But, I put myself out there to get it out and to hopefully help someone going through the same thing. Plus, it is a great support during the hard times and the good. I've met some wonderful people through my blog.
Best wishes.

I started a blog a couple of months ago, but I'm not great at it, so I've just recently added it to my signature. For me, it's specifically a PCOS/TTC blog, mainly kept for my sanity - so there's lots of venting. DH said he would like to post things, too, so he's in the process of getting involved. Sounds weird, but if it helps him to vent things out, too - I'm all for it!

I have a blog too, although I use it more to talk about my kiddos then anything personally related to TTC or PCOS. I'm not really comfortable sharing personal information like that but I think in your situation and to get the "story" straight it may be a good idea. We all know how stories can change as they go through different people. It really is also a good place to "vent". Sometimes I write blogs and don't post them, just being able to have an outlet, even if it's just for me is good too.

I've got blogs all over the place, lol. There's one in my sig and I have YouTube videos about PCOS, but I refuse to let anyone who knows me see them. They don't understand PCOS and just wouldn't get it.
