I am thinking of trying herbal remedies. I have read that Vitex, Don Quai and black cohosh have been known to help. Has anyone used any of these and had good results? I also read that the Vitex is apparantly really good at helping O but I have not even had AF in 9 months. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Niki

I used black cohosh with good results and no side-effects. I had been very irregular then had 'the great neverending period'. The BC got me regular and o'ing very quickly. Try doing a search of this site and the net.

I went through all of my research and unfortunately have deleted two pages of the indications of herbal usage. But, I did find references made to a wonderful book that will help you out tremendously, called Overcoming Infertility Naturally by Karen Bradstreet.
