These shoes look interesting (though they are pretty ugly. . .wear only at home ugly). . .I am dealing with a damaged ankle joint/early stage arthritis due to an injury and am also experiencing some knee pain, probably from walking awkwardly due to the injury. Anyone have these and think they might help, or might they make things worse?

I wish I could help! I recently saw these on 20/20 or something... they were talking about the "beauty" benefits- reduction of cellulite and toning of legs... etc. They turned out not to make a difference in the people that wore them. BUT they didn't cover the health aspects. Maybe try epinions.com and see what people who have bought them think. Good Luck!
