Hi,

My DH and I are starting to look into adoption after 11 years of ttc. We live in Sterling Heights, Michigan and we are thinking of adopting out of the foster care system and would like some insight. I know there are a lot of kids out there and we just want one or two, to love.

Any tips would be appreciated.

It doesn't have to be out Foster care in Michigan. If anyone has any Michigan adoption insight, it would be appreciated. Thanks, Shelly

Hi i adopted 5 children from the michigan foster care system. they are almost grown now. i also have one bio child and have had 3 miscarriages in the last 3 years. feel free to ask any questions you need to. my yahoo email is tammy_crocker at yahoo.com i dont get on here alot but you can leave me a message if you want to. adoption is a great thing and truthfully i am so greatful for my children even though one of my adoptions were not a great experience the rest were awesome. look forward to talking to you. tammy
