I just got my lab work back, and am in the same boat. My DHEAS is 380, normal range is about 45-240. My hope for you and myself is that it is all PCOS related, and likely with our history this is the case. In regards to your LH/FSH, my understanding as a RN is that they usually follow a ratio pattern, but this changes throughout your cycle. PCOS'ers traditionally will have abnormal LH/FSH levels. Mine have always been out of range in the past and at this check they are normal...as is my insulin resistance that is usually abnormal. Check it with your endocrinologist/OB-GYN, depending on their familiarity with PCOS they should be able to interpret the meanings better. |
