Your link didn't work directly, but I cut and pasted it into my html line and saw what you are talking about. I don't have one of these, but since you are a garlic lover (I love it, too), it might be worth having. I think it's cute how it's shaped like a garlic bulb! It's not too expensive and might be worth a try. I wonder if there might be a write up about it in Consumer Reports or some such consumer website? Of course, you can always give it a write up on your own website about kitchen gadgets!

hehe! I'm actually going to change that site (not tomorrow, but soon). Similar concept but slightly different.
I'll probably go ahead and get the garlic roaster. I buy a lot of roasted garlic, but it's always swimming in oil. I think I'd like to roast it myself. In the long run, I have a feeling it will be cheaper.

Kat, I would love to know what you eat that has so much garlic. I love garlic too, but never have time to prepare something with it. What are some of your favorite recipes?

I roast a lot of garlic myself...I usually just use the toaster oven or pop a head into the big oven when I'm making something else.
Here's my recipe...you need 1 (or more ) head(s) of garlic, If I'm going to use it right away, I slice about 1/3 off the top of the garlic head. If I'm going to just refrigerate it for another time, I leave the bulb whole.
Then I rub it with just a touch of olive oil, wrap each head in a square of aluminum foil and stick it in the oven at about 375 until I can tell it's soft when i squeeze the aluminum "package".
Open and indulge. You can rewarm in a low oven or in the microwave, but I usually use the oven.
