 Anyone have really really bad acne while pregnant?

When I was pregnant with my daughter, who is 2.5, I had the worst acne I have ever had. (I have always had quite mild acne, but didn't worry about it too much.) I had big cysts/boils not only on my face, but neck, in and behind my ears, on my scalp, on my chest and the bottom of my back. They were sore and bled. Needless to say, I felt like $1million! I went on Accutance once I'd stopped nursing and it cleared up. Now I'm in my second pregnancy (7 weeks) and it looks like things are flaring up again and I feel awful! All the websites and books just give the standard advice, none of which seems to work for really bad acne.
Anyone go through the same? |
