Anyone have white heads all over their back i have little white heads all over my back and some on my breasts. They dont really bother me except i know they are there.

Hiya, yes I have this. Every morning when I wake up my face, chest, back and the tops of my arms have little whiteheads all over. It's horrible, isn't it? Unfortunely I have no idea what to do about it. I'm just fantasising about going back on Dianette, with the possiblity of having lovely clear skin again... those were the days!

i think its weird because its not really big acne pimples like most get. Just little small white heads. But i cant show my back because of them.

I get them too- tops of arms and nipples. No idea what to do about them though!

mine have a little redness to them but are pain free and very small

I get them--have gotten them for years and years (mostly smallish whiteheads, no pain or anything like that--they are just "there"). I've never been able to find anything for them. If I could reach them, then I might be better able to treat them...but honestly, I can't reach there. And DH is of no help whatsoever.
