 Anyone having problems with points/bank?
This is Sandra1106, I am having problems viewing and posting on threads and was wondering if anyone else is having these issues? Anytime I post, click 'newpost', or try to do anything under the vbplaza menu it tells me "you do not have enough points to perform this action". I had to sign up for another name just to investigate because I couldn't get it resolved. Apparently I am 91,000 points in the negative. It is a bank error and I cannot fix it for the life of me. I don't know how I can have 200,000 plus points and then show up 90,000 points negative. I really wouldlike to just use my regular account and not this one. If this has happened to anyone, how did you resolved this. If any of you would check out my name sandra1106 and tell me what you think, I would appreciate it. I have tried to deposit what Is supposedly in the negative but I can't get in to do that.
I have posted this on the board problems thread and to Kat directly , but I haven't had any response. I figured posting here would be better because maybe it has happened before. |
