Default Anyone here about Licorice helping PCOS????? Here it is.

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza Glabra)

This supplement promotes help with those who have infrequent menstrual cycles by assisting adrenal gland insufficiency. Licorice also helps women who are prone to poycystic ovary disease and have low estrogen levels and increased testoserone.

I found this to be interesting and was wondering if anyone had any comments...

Amanda

Run a search in the Alternative Remedies forum. You'll find several good threads on Licorice.

I've been using it for several years now on cycle days 5 to 9 and it has helped to regulate my cycles.
