Default anyone with high LH take vitex?

Im confused, I tried posting a few threads about vitex but theres not really any responses. I searched for vitex lh, chasteberry lh, and angus-cactus lh. So far all I found were people saying it raises lh and others saying it stabilizes hormones including lh. In many posts people claimed they would get bloodwork and report back about how vitex affected it but they never reported back so Im kind of clueless. Usually my LH is high...so if anyone here has had good results with it please let me know! I see lots of you are on it and I assume most pcosers have high LH...I just dont know what to do. I read to take it after CD 5 so I have a few days to figure it out. Help?

Yes vitex helps lower LH and so does Black Cohosh. I've been taking black cohosh tea along with a few other herbal teas and AF came last week. Im so excited and cant wait to see what happens next.

Ive read some articles or even seen posts in other bords saying it will increase LH but most of the things i find say it will regulate so in your case lower it.
Good Luck!
