 anyone know anything about broccoli extract?
Just had my appointment with my DR. He upped my metformin dose to 1500mg,and when I asked about trying to tackle my excess hair issues he said that before he went down the "spiro" road he wants me to try broccoli extract. But we are waiting for another 4 months to see what results I get from the np and met.Im confused really, Ive never heard about broccoli extract and cant find much info on the net.Anyone ever heard of it, and what could it do to balance the hormones???? Any info would be greatly appreciated

Dx April 2005 but had so many symptoms since puberty, just couldnt find a dr willing to dig a little deeper as my AF has always been regular.
