Default Anyone with low insulin try met?

Hi there,

I'm a thin cyster, 5'7'' and 127 lbs. My fasting insulin is low at 2.5 so my RE will not prescribe Met for me because of the risk of going hypoglycemic. I'm not sure there is much of a risk of that happening anyway.

I really want to try it though. I feel like my options are dwindling, I've done 4 rounds of clomid, got a bfp this last cycle and am currently miscarrying at 5 weeks.

Anyone try met with a low insulin level? Any problems with it? I really don't want to do injectibles (multiples scare me)
