I am back on Met now and am finding this time around I am not suffering any side effects, if anything I feel better. Last time I had nausea, headaches etc.
Anyone else find this? I had noticed that my pcos symptoms came back stronger after having my daughter also.
Take care,
Christy.

Yes the very first night I took Met I had some tummy ache and diahorra but since then I have not had any side effects at all. Apart from once when I didnt take it with food and had really had stomach. Other than that Ive been absolutly fine and have increased dosage to 2g per day with no problems.

I don't get any too severe, usually a really empty sick feeling like if you're really nervous and haven't eaten, that's the best way I can explain it but it doesn't cause me too much hassle and that's the only problem I have.
