I've recently been diagnosed with PCOS and diabetes. I feel fortunate that I am thin so far. I have scoliosis and had my spine fused at the age of 13. Does anyone else have scoliosis? I've been doing some reasearch on causes of scoliosis, PCOS, diabetes, etc. A few articles I've read about scoliosis have suggested that it is related to hormonal or glucagon problems. Of course PCOS and diabetes are related, but I am particularly interested in hearing from others with scoliosis to see if it is related in any way to the problems associated with PCOS. I had no idea scoliosis was caused by hormones! My back just curves slightly, but I always thought that had to do with poor muscle tone or something. That's weird! What does anyone else know about this?

i have scoliosis as well but i dont know much about it. mine isnt that bad except for that i cant march in band anymore because i cant stand straight with that much wieght (play baritone) all at once. i have back pain every once in awhile. i also have diabietes i would love to talk to you all more about this
