What have your experiences been with it?
Can you take it on its own and not in conjucnction with met? etc. (I have never been on met)
Am I able to just walk into a health food store an buy it or do I need a practitioner to get it for me!?
I have never been on met or anything chemical. No period in 10 months!!! Am I able to start it at any time?? As I don;t know where I am in my cycle cause well...I don;t have one!! And I don;t really understand how to do mucous stuff!!!
Anyway! Thanks for your help! | Yes, Vitex seems to be a hot topic on this board! Hope it means it works well!
You can take Vitex by itself and you can start it anytime you like. When I first started taking it in Dec'05 I started cd38 (I thought it was cd50'ish in another post I answered this question to but I looked it up on my FF account) and got af soon after and then proceeded to ovulate for two cycles in a row. Because I was having a lap done and knew my RE was going to put me on clomid I decided to stop taking Vitex. Now here I am taking it again. This time I started on cd1.
I get my Vitex (Nature's Way brand) at my local health food store. HTH.
