Has anyone switched from 2000mg (or less) of Metformin (with no periods and/or ovulation) to a higher dose of 2250mg or 2500mg? Did your periods start then? Were they regulated?

Please share if you also haven't had any success. I've been on 2000mg since May and my period was only induced once with Provera. Since then, I haven't had a period. I have not been checking for ovulation either so I'm not sure if I have been ovulating. I have been thinking about asking my endo to raise my dose.

Meds:Met 2000mg

I recently jumped from 2000 mg to 2500 mg. I went on Prometrium twice to being on AF and she never showed her b*tch face! hahaha

So far no problems with the increase, I've been really lucky with this med so far.

I'm curious to see how this Met will work, so far I feel like I chug 5 of these bad boys a day for nothing.
