Anyone take the E.L.I.S.A. blood test for food allergies? I am exploring things I can do to treat PCOS. Has anyone taken the ELISA blood test? It gives something of an immuno bloodprint as I understand it and detects delayed reaction food allergies, also known as IgG mediated allergies. These food allergies cause inflammations and can alledgedly cause fatigue, headaches, high blood pressure, asthma, congestion, acne, excessive weight, etc.
I am on 1500 mg of Met XR already which does seem to be helping but I'd rather not take it forever. |
