Default Anyone take Vitamin B6?

Ladies,

Has anyone out there tried taking Vitamin B6? If so, why did you choose to try it, how much did you take, and what results did you have?

Thanks!

I take a B complex which has all the B vitamins in it. You shouldn't take B6 alone because all the B vitamins work together.

I believe B6 binds to excess testosterone so that it doesn't convert into DHT. It's also beneficial for acne, pms and anxiety. Many women also find it very effective for hirsutism.

I take extra B6 because it can increase your luteal phase and previously mine was only 8 days or so (so kept miscarrying). This is the first month that I've ovulated since taking it so I can't say if it works yet. I'm currently taking 75mg, but if it doesn't help I'm planning on increasing it to 100mg to see if that helps. I've seen a few people who need to take 150 - 200mg to help their luteal phase. I wouldn't have bothered if my luteal phase was fine (just take an ordinary B complex).
