Hi everyone,

I had my first ever cycle of clomid last month ( 50mg ) and am currently on CD32. The clomid has done nothing for me.

My Gynae said that if I don't have an AF by August then I will need to take Norethisterone 5mg ( 1 tab 3 times a day ) to start my AF. Has anyone used this meds before?

I am concerned because at the same time I collected this I also got my Clomid Tabs for the next cycle ( I will be on 150mg ) and the pharmacy had mucked up my dosage saying I have to take 3 50mg Tabs 3 times a day !! I rang my Clinic who said that this was wrong but the dosage for the Norethisterone is correct ??

I can't find out anything about this drug and I was wondering if anyone has used this before to start AF ??

yes ive used it too and it worked well, got rid of that awful bloating and pmt. and as the doctor said it will give you a good clear out, it did too!!!!!
