Anyone taken soy and had kidney stone issues?

I'd like to try and take soy my next cycle. I went to Wal-Mart to pick it up and on the back of the bottle, it says 'DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF KIDNEY STONES'. Well, I've had them in the past, so I didn't get it. I was too scared - kidney stones are really, really painful.

Anyone have any experience with this problem? Did soy give you a stone?
