Since I have started my meds I have been having pains in the back of my legs. And they stay sore all the time. I hate to stop the meds because my AF has started to become normal. But, I am starting to get worried about my legs being sore all the time. Has anyone else had that problem? Or any other side affects? |

Thanks! |

It doesn't matter what I've done or if I'm sitting, standing, doing jumping jacks or standing on my head. Interesting. I'm going to have to mention this to my doc

I also have shortness of breath, but i have asthma and i smoke (bad i know but i am quitting tomorrow). One more thing to add to my list for my appt next week. Thanks so much. That is extremely scary. I've always been meaning to mention the swelling, I thought it was water retention.

My friend who is going to nursing school said it sounded like possible blood clots. But, shes not sure. I am still researching the medicine to see if this could be a side affect or something else. I will let you guys know after my appointment. I am just glad to know that its not just me whos having this problem.

Take into consideration that if you sit with your legs and feet dependent (hanging down) for long periods of time or you stand or walk alot you will probably have some swelling. More so with someone overweight. Also has to do with your sodium intake. Water follows salt so if you are taking in too much sodium you may be retaining fluid for that reason. Most of the time the doctor will order Lasix for someone who has fluid retention. Just some info! |

Points: 298.00 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 298.00 | my doctor said that as long as you don't have swelling in your legs then you should be ok. He told me that this medicine absorbs into your bones and that may make them a little sore. He said you can take tylenol on occassion to help with that. |
