I saw this in the store and wanted to try it, but didn't get it yet. It is make by Desiner Whey which is a company that's been around for a while. It has about 50 calories per scoop and 6g protein and 6g fiber if I remember correctly.
I haven't tried the powder, but the Dr who created the weight loss program that the Biggest Loser contestants (from all seasons) recommends whey protein for post workout nutrition. In his book he posts recipes. I've posted them here: http://www.fitcysters.com/group/p90x...recovery-drink
BTW, his book is AMAZING and one of the best on weight loss that I've ever read. You follow his program, and you can expect some great results. (But you must be willing to exercise....not 6 hours a day like the BL contestants, but he pulls no punches about the volume and intensity of exercise needed for weight loss.)

I've been looking for the BL powder. Designer whey has other protein powders for water that are almost exactly like the BL powders. You can get the 2Go packs or by the box. I love the pomegranate fruit punch and the orange mango flavors. Bought two boxes yesterday. I can definitely vouch for the energy boost the drinks give you. I don't have any soreness after weight training. I like it! Oh they have a chocolate one too. Like dessert after a meal and you still get your recovery drink.

We saw it @ GNC the other day. DH decided to get a big thing of whey protein & not the BL stuff. The GNC guy said the little "to go" packs that you can add to water bottles don't have as much protein in them @ all so it's not really worth getting them...

My GNC finally got the BL powder in and I bought the raspberry for $9. I must say it is very different than the regular protein for water. Same Designer Whey Protein but the BL protein has soluble fiber and honestly, I drank it and worked out for 90 mins and didn't even want dinner when I was done! I made myself eat but that is a plus for me. It did give me energy as well. The ingredients are different than the regular protein too. I think I'm sticking with the BL proteins instead of the regular Designer Proteins for water.
