Default anyone tried GLYBURIDE to lower blood sugar????

my doc just prescribe GLYBURIDE for me today and im a bit hesitant to take it...i was wondering if anyone has taken this and what your experience was. also i was wondering if it would make PCOS symptoms worse because it stimulates the pancreas to produce more insulin. any suggestions, comments, etc. are welcomed.
