 anyone tried gymnema sylvestre?
i just ordered some gymnema to help with insulin resistance and was wondering if anyone had tried it and with what results. it sounds really promising as an alternative to gluc. i took gluc and had a bad reaction to it so im hoping this will help. my doc prescribed glyburide which helps produce more insulin but i dont think thats the answer so im looking for something different. any ideas, suggestions, comments, etc are welcomed.
