Default Anyone tried Inositol?
I just read something that implies that Inositol supplements from 200 mg - 1000 mg daily may help with fertility in women with PCOS. Has anyone ever tried it, and if so, any results?

I've never used it (or heard of it, actually). I'm going to move this over to the Alt remedies board where maybe you'll have more luck.

I think it is suppost to control sugar and glucose knida like MEt.
