Anyone tried Kariva?

My gyn gave me Kariva today. I just stopped taking YAZ on Sunday because I was becoming very depressed and my mood swings were crazy, also I had shortness of breath. I had never heard of Kariva until today. Has anyone tried it? What were your experiences?
